I'm very happy to say that "Naturally Organic Sleep" stands by their products and there warrantees! I bought a memory bed from them 5 years ago and my bed developed a indentation in the middle of the bed after some years. As soon as I contacted Howard, he assured me that he would take of me and honor the warranty, and sure enough he did. Within a day I had my bed fixed and the top layer replaced and with a better quality material! I was so happy, I added an organic topper to it and now I have perfect sleep with my perfect bed......and all thanks to the Howard and the honest folks at "Naturally Organic Sleep" who stand by their products and honor their word to make sure you are #1.Good warranties are only as good as the people who stand behind them and honor them.

Just a brief note to express our satisfaction with the new mattress set. The Natura Sensation is everything that you said it would be, and more. We have only had them for a few weeks and my wife and I are amazed at how much better we are sleeping. It seems like we wake up in the same position as we go to sleep. I guess we didn't realize how worn out our old mattress set really was. It has been quite awhile since we slept this well. Also thank you for the fast delivery, set up and removal of our old set.It was indeed a pleasure doing business with you.

I am writing to thank you for your outstanding assistance in buying a mattress. You were professional, courteous and gave me valuable informationregarding the right mattress for me. I am especially grateful for the help regarding my shoulder injury and the Workman's Compensation Insurance Company. Your assistance made it possible for me to get the Electric Base and Sleeprite Mattress. I never would have gotten this bed if I had gone anywhere else.
Tha Sleeprite Bed is wonderful. Since sleeping on this mattress I have no more shoulder, hip or leg pain. I am able to sleep for much longer periods before waking up. My hands and arms no longer fall asleep at night. Thank you also for your fast courteous delivery service. I would and do recommend your store to everyone.

In Sept. 2008, my wife amd I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress. I noticed a chemical odor right away and began experiencing respiritory distress over the next few weeks. We spent some time trying to figure out what I was allergic to, finally after a trip out of town we thought it might be a reaction to our new bed. After sleeping in our guest room for awhile and doing some research into the flame retardent chemicals used on virtually all non-organic mattresses, I finally found Howard at Naturally Organic Sleep in Burlingame. He confirmed that my suspicians were correct and encouraged me to come look at some of his natural mattresses. I went over and found a wonderful mattress that not only lets me lets me breathe at night but is far more comfortable than the Tempur-Pedic.
Fortunately we were able to return the Tempur-Pedic but even if they had not accepted it back I would have disposed of it. Unfortunately there are no federal restrictions on the use of flame retardent chemicals like the PBDEEs in spite of the fact that there are many well documented health concerns. Until things change, I would recommend buying only natural bedding, and if you live in the Bay Area be sure to visit Howard at Naturally Organic Sleep in Burlingame for a personalized Sleep System designed just for you.
