Naturally Organic Sleep guarantees that every product is made to the highest standards of quality. If an item is defective we will gladly replace it and cover shipping costs.
We offer free delivery of your new mattress (within a 10 mile radius-electric bases may be more) and free removal and recycling/eco-friendly disposal of your old mattress
Returns & Exchanges
Mattresses, bedding and custom-made products are not returnable for obvious reasons, however we do offer an unbeatable satisfaction guarantee. You can sleep on your mattress, at home for up to 30 days and if you are not happy, we will arrange for an exchange or an adjustment until you have attained the comfort level that you desire. (Please note: this does not include beds that have been custom made/designed for you). We do recomend that you try your new mattress for several weeks and if you find that it is too firm or too soft we will come to your home and adjust/replace the latex to suit your needs. If you live outside the Bay Area we will arrange to ship any additional materials to conveniently remedy the situation.
If you have made prior or special arrangements to return a mattress or bedding product, please be aware that there is a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of matress retrieval, refurbishment and paperwork.

Reporting Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping it is crucial that you report it to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can notify the shipper for replacement or credit and proceed with reshipment.
Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities
While we do not warrant our products for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities we will be pleased to send you samples of available bedding and mattress materials without charge prior to your purchase. We want all of our customers to benefit from a healthy sleep environment and we are committed to your satisfaction.
