What chemicals are used in a conventional mattress?

I am allergic to wool, won't I be allergic to your natural products?

Most medical authorities agree that wool "allergies" are not true allergies at all, but rather a sensitivity to the feel of wool fibers on the skin. This can cause some people discomfort, however in the case of our products, no wool will ever come into contact with the skin so this type of problem should not occur. Our mattresses for example, have a layer of wool on the surface that is quilted to the inside of a 100% cotton cover.

What level of firmness is best for my back?

The answer to this question is completely individual and the primary reason why Naturally Organic Sleep decided to customize the mattress as needed for our customers. The best support is achieved when your mattress conforms exactly to the conours of your body. A mattress should fill in the arch areas (lumbar and knee regions) without pushing against sensitive pressure areas such as shoulders and hips.

All of our organic and Natural latex mattresses are made from 100% all natural Talalay latex and all natural standard latex. The Natura Ultra-Green, Green and Mixed Green mattresses consist of a blend of latex and soy-based foam. Each mattress/product is different - however, most of our mattresses and foundations  have a 20 year warranty against product failure. What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your Sleep System so we will do everything in our power to make sure that you purchase a bed that suits all of your needs the first time! That said however, in the event that your Mattress is not providing you with the comfort level you desire after 30 days of sleeping on it then we will assist you with a one time exchange or modification of your existing mattress. This special guarantee does not include custom mattresses or sleep systems that were made exlusively for you, or bedding.
